Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be quite convenient and functional. The rooms were very clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay, though the initial strong smell of cigarette was a bit off-putting. The service was super helpful and welcoming, making my stay pleasant. The location, right next to Tenjin Station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area on foot. The dining options were a great value for money, offering a good mix of Japanese and Western cuisines.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with nice personal touches, but they are small for single occupancy. The staff is friendly but needs improvement in communication skills. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to public transportation. The dining options are reasonably priced with a good variety of Western and Japanese dishes.
The hotel's rooms could have been a little bigger but are relatively spacious compared to similar class hotels in Japan. They also had air purifiers, which was a big help for me as an asthma sufferer. However, they were smaller than the ones I've stayed in Japan.
The hotel room, while smaller than expected, was still comfortable with two good-sized, firm beds and all the basics needed. The service was kind and thoughtful, though improvement on tourist information would be beneficial. The location was excellent, within a bustling shopping and dining area. The dining experience was great, offering both Japanese and Western options. Overall, a good value for money stay with convenient facilities.
The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by shopping areas and good restaurants. The rooms are decent, despite some smoking odors in the corridor. The service is excellent with very helpful staff, although English communication could be improved. The dining is satisfactory but could benefit from a more varied menu. Overall, a well-maintained hotel in a bustling area with friendly service.
